STEP 1: Open the Moduurn Order Manager app on your iPad or Android tablet
STEP 2: Click on the order you would like to refund, then click on Refund Order.
STEP 3: Enter the Refund Authorization Code, the Refund Amount, and a Reason for refund. Click Send to process the refund. The customer will receive an SMS notifying them about the refund.
Refund Authorization Code - This is the refund code assigned to admin/location or order manager profiles. Only those profiles can view this code. The refunded order will show which profile issued the refund.
Refund Amount - The amount to be refunded. This can be the order total or a partial amount if only one item on the whole order is being refunded.
Reason for refund - Type in the reason for the refund. A few common reasons can be pre-set. This reason will be sent to the customer when they are notified of the refund.
STEP 4: You can confirm the refund was processed by clicking on the order again and viewing the total.
Note: You may review all refunds in your Bambora Dashboard. Please contact your Bambora rep to request login credentials.
