Cancel an order
STEP 1: Open the Moduurn Order Manager app on iPad and Android Tablet. Search and find the order you want to cancel or restore.
STEP 2: Click on the order block to see the details of the order.
STEP 3: Click on Cancel Order. Enter the required information and click on Cancel Order.
Cancellation Reason - Type in the reason to cancel the order. Common reasons for cancelling an order can be pre-set as well. This reason will be sent to the customer in the SMS notification.
Refund Authorization Code - This is the refund code assigned to admin/location or order manager profiles. Only those profiles can view this code. The refunded order will show which profile issued the refund.
Refund - Select this if the order has to be refunded along with being cancelled.
Note: The options Refund and Refund Authorization Code will not show up if the order payment method is Pay at Location.
Note - Type in any notes. This will not be sent to the customer. This can be a reference for the location.
Restore an order
Only a cancelled order can be restored. However, if the cancelled order has been refunded, restoring it will not restore the payment. In this case, it is recommended that the customer place an order again instead of restoring the cancelled order.
Follow through STEP 1 as above and then click on Restore Order.
