How to Receive Orders

Receiving order process:

Step 1: Open the Moduurn Order Manager App on the iPAD or Android tablet

Step 2-1: Review - your orders: Click on the coloured box

Step 2-2: Accept - what you’ve reviewed: Click on Accept and Select the prep time and click on Confirm.

Step 2-3: Your customers will receive an SMS message to identify the order and time information.

OPTIONAL

If you want to update the preparation time and notify the customer, click on Update Time, select the appropriate time and click on Confirm. Your customers will receive a new SMS regarding the new time information.

Step 3: Payment – Click on Payment and Confirm the payment when the customer pay in-store

If the customers already pay by credit card, you won’t see this option.

Step 4: Complete - when food has been picked up: Click on Complete and moves this order into Past Orders.
