How to Accept Future Orders

A future order function allows your customers can pre-order their food or goods for tomorrow or next week.

How to Accept Future Orders?

(1) Confirm the order when you receive a future order

(2) Moduurn’s system will remind you to prepare the food or goods before the pickup/delivery time

(3) Treat it as a normal order, accept the order and start to prepare food/goods.

STEP 1: On your order manager iPad, you will receive the future order on the Today’s Orders queue.

Click on the coloured box and review the order. Click on Confirm once you have reviewed.

STEP 2: Select the estimated ready time and click on Confirm.

STEP 3 (i): The order will stay in the Today’s order queue if the future order is for the same day.

STEP 3 (ii): It will move to the Future Orders queue after that if the order ready time is the following day. The order will move to the Today’s Order queue on the confirmed date. The system will notify about the order and then it can be accepted as any other order.
