A future order function allows your customers to pre-order their food or goods for a future time.
STEP 1: Open the Moduurn Order Manager app on the iPad or Android tablet. The future order will be received under the Today’s Orders tab.
STEP 2: Click on the order block and review the order. Click on Confirm once you have reviewed.
Notes:
The order will stay in Today’s order queue if the future order is for the same day.
It will move to the Future Orders queue after that if the order ready time is the following day. The order will move to the Today’s Order queue on the confirmed date. The system will notify you about the order and then it can be accepted as any other order.
Accept and complete this order following the same steps to accept and complete an ASAP order. However, if the function to restrict the acceptance of future orders before maximum prep time is enabled, then the order will not be accepted until then.
