Accept orders
STEP 1: Open the Moduurn Order Manager app on the iPad or Android tablet.
STEP 2: Click on the order block to view the order details. Review the order.
STEP 3: Once the order is reviewed, please click on Accept to accept the order. Select the preferred estimated order ready time and click on Confirm.
STEP 4: The customer who placed the order will receive an SMS notification to let them know that their order has been accepted and will be ready by the preferred time you chose.
Update time on orders
If you want to update the preparation time and notify the customer, click on Update Time, select the appropriate time and click on Confirm. Your customers will receive a new SMS regarding the new time information.
Complete orders
For cash payment (pay at location) orders, click on Payment once the customer pays for the order. Click on Complete when the food has been picked up to complete the order. The order will move to the Past Orders tab.
