Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com as an admin user.
STEP 1: Click on Locations and then on Manage on the location to which the deal has to be imported.
Note: If you are a Location Manager user, you will see the location dashboard when you log in to MBO.
STEP 2: Click on Order Management. The options available can are as follows;
Preparation Time - Set up an approximate preparation time range. This can be modified on iPad as well for an immediate display to customers. For example, in this case, we set 20 to 35 minutes.
Toggle restaurant Open/Close - Use this toggle to open or close the online ordering. Please note that this toggle overrides the configured operating hours. Once closed, this toggle has to be manually opened to have online ordering available again.
GST Number - Enter your GST number here to have it printed on order receipts for users.
ASAP Order - Enable incoming ASAP orders here. Customers will be able to place orders at any time within the operating hours.
Future Order - Enable the future ordering option here. Customers will be able to place orders outside of operating hours. However, they can only choose a time/time range within the operating hours of the location. The following customization options are available under future orders;
Use Calendar view - Enable this to change the interface of the future order time picker. Instead of a time range, the user will be able to choose a day and specific time as below.
Minimum period an order can be placed - this is the minimum period limitation for selecting a future order ready time while scheduling the order. For example, if the minimum period is configured as 30 minutes, then a customer will only be able to schedule their future order 30 minutes from their current time.
Number of days future orders can be placed - This is similar to the minimum period. The only difference is this option will limit how many days ahead of the current time a future order can be placed.
Print Order Offset Time - This value determines when the order receipt for a future order will be printed out. For example, if the value is set to 30 minutes, then the future order receipt will be printed out 30 minutes before the order ready time.
Blackout times - Add blackout times by clicking on Add value. The values have to be within a 24 hours window. Customers will not be able to schedule orders to be ready during the blackout times. This will help to prevent future orders to be prepared during rush hours. For example, if the value is set to be 2 pm to 4 pm, then customers will still be able to place future orders during this time, however, when they are selecting the order pick-up time/order ready time, they will not see times between 2 pm and 4 pm available.
Override Future Time Slot in Time Picker - Enable this option to override the default 30 minutes time range in the future time picker and select a time slot. Once this option is enabled, customers will see the time ranges configured here as the examples below;

Restrict accepting of future orders before the maximum preparation time - Enable this option to restrict the acceptance of future orders before the maximum preparation time. Once the order is confirmed, it stays at the top of the orders list, making it noticeable. This also ensures that the order is accepted with enough time to prepare it. For example, if the maximum preparation time is configured as 20 minutes, with this option enabled, an order placed to be ready at 05:30 pm can only be accepted at or after 05:10 pm.
Custom Ringtone - Ten ringtones are available to be configured as the order arrival notification sound for the Moduurn Order Manager app on the iPad. Enabling Continuous Alert is recommended as that will ensure the notification sound continuously rings until the order is accepted.
Supported Payment Modes - These are the supported payment methods. Please contact
Tips - Enable this option and click on Add value to configure tip options for customers. Multiple tip percentages can be configured and one of them can be selected as a default option by clicking on Default. The default percentage will be selected as soon as the customer checks out the order and get to the 'Review & Pay' page. Customers will have the option to opt out of the tip or offer a custom amount.
Note: This option is only available when customers pay online with a credit card.
Auto Accept New Orders - The system will accept all orders once this feature is enabled and is only used for specific service types.
Order Ready SMS Notification - Enable this option to send SMS notifications to customers once their orders are accepted. The SMS notification will have an estimated order ready time.
Enable Date Time Selector - Enable this if you would like to be able to choose a specific date and time from a calendar view on the Order Manager.
Quick-Select Times - Enable this option to configure preset times to include estimated prep time in the SMS notification. For example, if you select 15 minutes, the customer will receive an SMS saying their order will be ready in 15 minutes.
Enable Update Time Button - Enable this button to have the Update Time button on the order block.
Enable SMS Notification Button - Enable this option to have the SMS Notification toggle on the orders. The toggle can be used to decide what customers received SMS notifications for. For example, if the toggle is disabled, customers will not receive SMS notifications when their order is updated.
Send SMS Toggle Default State - Enable this function to set the default state of the send SMS toggle. The default state will be set as SMS Test notification enabled.
Hide customer’s phone number in the receipt - Enable this option to hide customers' phone numbers from the order receipt.
Enable Orders Email Notification - Enable this option to receive email notifications when new orders come in. Click on Add Recipient to add an email address to which the notifications will be sent.
Preset Text - Enable this option and click on Add Value to configure preset text messages. This could be anything to be communicated with the customer. Once messages are added, these will show up as options after clicking on the SMS icon on the order. This will eliminate the need to type out the message.
Reasons for Rejection & Reasons for Refunding - Similar to text messages, reasons for order rejection/cancellation and refunds can be configured to allow quick selection.
Secondary Manager SMS Alert – Enter a cell number for a text reminder if any orders are not accepted within the configured time. This prevents any orders from being missed.
Hide instructions - Enable this to hide the instruction requesting users to call about allergy information from the Review & Pay page on the ordering application.
Hide Special instructions - Enabling this function will remove the special instructions field from the Review & Pay page of the ordering application.
Special Instructions Field Caption - Configure a custom caption for the special instruction field on the Review & Pay page on the ordering application.
Special Instructions Popup Placeholder - Configure a placeholder for the special instructions field. This will show up inside the box once the user clicks ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. Below is the default placeholder.
Special Instructions Popup Message - Configure a pop-up message for the special instructions field. This message will show up below the special instructions field.
Allow Custom Room Entering - This function is only applicable if Room Service is enabled. This function will allow users to type in custom room numbers while placing Room Service orders.
Allow No Payment Ordering - Enabling this function will remove payment options from the ordering application. Orders will be placed without any charge to the user. This function is only used for specific services.
Use Cloud Printer - This function allows the configuration of a cloud printer. Please contact Moduurn Support for further details/assistance.
Enable Express Delivery - Available only for Postal Delivery service. Please contact Moduurn Support for further details/assistance.
Enable Order Level Modifiers - This function will enable the use of Order Level Modifiers on the menu. More details are in the article 'Add order-level modifiers'.
Custom Filters - This function allows to have custom filters to be added to the Order Manager. The filters can be used for the batch processing of orders. Click on Add Filter and enter the required details. Then click on Add. Multiple filters can be added.

Once the necessary changes are made, click on Save at the bottom of the page.
