As an organization admin, you can check the registered customers’ information at MBO.
Note: Location-level users cannot access this information.
Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com as an admin user.
STEP 1: Click on Customer Registry.
STEP 2: Click on the Edit button beside the customer profile you want to view.
STEP 3: Click on PROFILE to view the customer profile information.
STEP 4: Click on ORDER HISTORY to view the customer’s order history.
STEP 5: Click on the grey bar (e.g, # MOD05D478 - MODUURN CAFE) to view the order details.
Note: To protect personal information, MBO does not keep the payment method record.
