Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com as an admin user.
STEP 1: Click on Locations and then on Manage to access the location dashboard.
Note: If you are a Location Manager user, you will see the location dashboard when you log in to MBO.
STEP 2: Click on Report and select Sales Report by Date Range. Filter the date range, type the email address and click on Add. Click on Email PDF Report to receive the report as a PDF file or on Email CSV Report for a CSV file.
The PDF report format
Total Orders | Total number of orders, including cancelled orders |
Net Sales | The sum of subtotals from all orders |
Delivery Charges | Total delivery charges |
Taxes and Levies | Total taxes and levies charged |
Tips | Total tips |
Gift/Loyalty Amount | Payments made using a gift card/ loyalty card. |
Loyalty Points | Employee loyalty points used |
Canceled Orders Count | Number of cancelled orders |
Promotional Discounts | Discount by service type |
Deal discount | Is reduced from the subtotal before Net Sales is calculated |
Gross Sales | Total of all amounts above except refunds and discounts |
