As an organization administrator, you can apply different Service Methods for your organization on MBO or remove them. The Service Methods that you can choose are;
Take out, In-Store Pickup, Pickup, Cafe Pickup
Delivery, Postal Delivery, DoorDash Delivery
Curbside Delivery, Curbside Pickup
Table Service, Room Service, Classroom/Room Delivery
Events, Concessions
Adding a new Service Method for your online store consists of three parts.
Configuring the required delivery method on MBO.
Adding the Service Method to menu items.
Configuring the operating hours for the Service Method.
This Service Method could be Take-Out, Delivery, or Curbside Pickup/Delivery. Here is an example of configuring 'Curbside Delivery' as a delivery service.
Add a curbside delivery button at MBO
Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com as an admin user.
STEP 1: Click on Configurations and then select DELIVERY METHODS.
STEP 2: Choose Delivery Method as Curbside Delivery or Curbside Pickup and enter other required information. Then click on Add Delivery.
Note: The function for Curbside Delivery and Curbside Pickup is the same.

Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com as an admin user.
STEP 1: Click on Menus and on the Edit button on the menu you would like to edit.
STEP 2: Click on a Category and then the Edit button on an item.
STEP 3: Click on the Curbside Delivery button and click on Save.
Configure operating hours for curbside delivery
Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com as an admin user.
STEP 1: Click on Locations.
STEP 2: Click on Manage on the location you would like to configure operating hours for.
STEP 3: Click on Operating Hours and then on the Edit button.
STEP 4: Click on the Curbside Delivery or Curbside Pickup button and click on Save.
STEP 5: Click on Configurations and then on OTHER. Configure the following and then click on Save.
Enable Curbside Delivery Spot Entry - Enable this so customers are able to enter a curbside delivery spot. This option will show up on the ordering application once the customer arrives at the location.
Curbside Delivery Spot Instructions - This instruction is shown to the customer on the order status screen of the ordering application.
Note: This option (STEP 5) is only available for Curbside Delivery/Curbside Pick-up service.
