Removing a service method is completed in three parts;
Remove the service method from operating hours.
Remove the service methods from menu items.
Delete the service method from MBO.
Notes:
To remove any service method temporarily, only the first part needs to be followed. Once the service is removed from the operating hours, it will not be an option for customers anymore. This can also be followed in case there are multiple locations sharing the same service method and menu.
To remove any service method permanently from your organization, only the third part needs to be followed. As soon as a service method is deleted from MBO, it will disappear from the menu items, operating hours and the app. This change will affect all locations, so please do not follow this step if the service is only to be removed from one location in case there are multiple locations using this service.
Please note that if multiple locations are using the same menu, removing the service method from menu items will affect all locations.
To remove the operating hours for delivery service (we use curbside delivery service as an example)
Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com as an admin user.
STEP 1: Click on Locations.
STEP 2: Click on the Manage button on the location you would like to remove the delivery service from.
STEP 3: Click on Operating Hours and then on the Edit button.
STEP 4: Click on the Delivery button to deselect it. In the case of delivery, if you have multiple delivery ranges configured, deselect all the required ones.
Remove delivery service from menu items
STEP 1: Click on Menus and on the Edit button on the menu you would like to edit.
STEP 2: Click on a Category and then the Edit button on an item.
STEP 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the menu page and click on the Delivery buttons (all required ranges if multiple ranges need to be removed). Scroll down and click on Save.
Delete the Delivery Service from MBO (optional)
STEP 1: Click on Configurations.
STEP 2: Click on DELIVERY METHODS.
STEP 3: From the list of delivery services, delete your chosen delivery service method.
