There are two ways to set up the printer connection with the Moduurn Order Manager app.
Connect the printer to your POS system. (Your POS needs to integrate with the Moduurn system. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details)
Connect the Bluetooth printer directly to your iPad.
Note: We currently support only one Bluetooth printer --the Star TSP143IIIBi. You can find the part number at the bottom of the printer.
STEP 1: Download the TSP100III Utility app from the App Store on your iPad.
STEP 2: Turn on the printer.
STEP 3: Open the TSP100III Utility app, then click on Select Device. The app should find a Bluetooth device. Click that device to connect.
STEP 4: Open the Moduurn Order manager app on your iPad or Android Tablet.
STEP 5: Choose the required order and click on the printer icon to print out the receipt.
